Eyep, I generally hate this lol. It's extremely unfair for them to have just 'made an exception' like wtf?
Repstar

well, if the people in charge able to make the exception are not dark types....

so being proud of your strength and boasting in the ring deserves to be mindfucked and raped without a chance to defend yourself is what you see as justice then I would take a loooong look in the mirror

As opposed to just being raped? I wouldn't say there's a lot of moral high ground for TiNi to stand on.

there´s one thing if that are the rules of the ring, you agree to these terms, what the diffrence is that you put a psychic against the strongest fighter in the ring, it was against the rules in the first place and he couldn´t fight back at all, it´s like saying it´s fair to bring a gun to a knife fight
Kelenius

Since they made an exception, by definition it wasn't against the rules.

look the thing I´m trying to say is that he didn´t deserve this. Just because something is in the rules doesn´t make it right. I don´t even in the slightest thing that this was good or that he deserved something like this. Simply saying that you deserve to be beaten down without a chance of fighting back, so yeah I honestly think it´s not right to say "that´s what you get" he didn´t do anything that drastic to have him experience that crap, this is how I honestly look at this, maybe he is an asshole but nothing about this can be considered justice

He's a ring fighter that regularly rapes people, is a bigot who calls a large amount of pokemon that have done nothing wrong to him "mind-raping freaks" on TV, and challenged a psychic to a fight. He absolutely deserved to get knocked down a peg or ten.

And besides, he did have a chance to fight back. Apparently he's just not strong enough.

I don´t say he´s a good person, but this is a arena with conditions and changing the conditions out of a whim isn´t really sporting is it? also do you really think it´s right to challange a the greatest boxer to a match of wits? also I honestly think what happened just proves his point, he got mind raped. Challenging people to a boxing fight with the rules usually in here is harsh but understandable, yes he is cocky but he didn´t deserve this. Knocking somebody down a peg doesn´t mean publically shaming him, it doesn´t mean to break him and make a mockery of him.

He doesn't rape people. You accept the terms of sex if you lose.
Kelenius

Can they back out of it after the fight? Because consent can be revoked at any time, and if they can't, that's still rape.

Unless you've seen TiNi taking someone who says no, you have no ground to call him a rapist. There's nothing saying that Beheeyem didn't manipulate the staff involved in the ring to let him in. After all, TiNi was saying that the Gothorita was real. Clearly manipulation. He may have thought the staff let Beheeyem in without even considering Psychic manipulation due to Beheeyem's power. TiNi has been mentally compromised and is no longer a reliable narrator. Therefor, until then, TiNi could have been the one who was raped here. Calling someone a rapist without any evidence is illogical.

There's nothing that says Beheeyem did manipulate the staff, and no character raised that possibility so far. I'm only going off what has been shown in the comic so far, Beheeyem created an illusion and held TiNi down for a few minutes. That's pretty far from what would be needed to manipulate, presumably, several people who should be prepared for this possibility, into being allowed in. Of course, I can be completely wrong about it, but that's how I see it at this point, and I thought that it would make more sense narratively if they did not do that.

If TiNi isn't a rapist because the only opponent that was shown that he topped didn't technically say no, then Beheeyem isn't a rapist using the same logic. Which would be a pretty silly thing to say.

You do realize it's also rape if the person in question is in any form mentally dibilitated through for example being under the influence of narcotics, or in this case, being manipulated psychicly to no longer be able to tell what is real or not? As for how they got in the ring, the very first thing i thought of was "the staff are not dark types are they...." TiNi has every right to call psychic types mind raping freaks if what we were just shown is common occurance cause, well, he was mind raped just now

EDIT: just read the new page, man almost as if thinking it through logically with the information provided made it very easy to predict the psychic type manipulated their way into the ring

Of course I do, which is why I said that saying that Beheeyem isn't a rapist would be a very silly thing to say. I was responding to a claim that whatever's happening in the arena isn't rape because the contestants agreed on sex if you lose.

Ah shit, I posted my comment yesterday thinking that page 40 had already been posted. That page was the one suggesting that Beheeyem may have manipulated the staff. However, thinking about it right now, illusion rape is still rape. It's rape by deception. I agree with Repstar. If the party does not know the Pokemon they're fucking is not actually the Pokemon they're fucking, it's rape. This is applicable in real world law. Beheeyem technically raped TiNi through a proxy (with TiNi believing that the Gothorita was real and was anally penetrating him), even though no one actually touched him. I believe in this world, mental rape is a real thing due to a Psychic's powers. It would be harder to prove in court. A Pokemon that can detect mental alteration in a Pokemon's mind would be useful as a professional testimony. A Zoroark could commit rape by deception with their Illusion ability (though in the case of TiNi, it's consensual with Zen). Ditto would be a gray area because they actually do turn into the Pokemon with which one has sex with (and thus can successfully produce an egg of with the species being formed). I think Ditto is of low intelligence enough that it'd be akin to having sex with a living reproductive sex doll. Hm, perhaps I should explore it some day.

I know that it's rape. I agree with everything you said in this comment, but it's your own words that "You accept the terms of sex if you lose.", which would mean that Beheeyem isn't a rapist because TiNi agreed. This statement is the one I have a problem with; what TiNi is doing I think is best described as rape by coercion, and Beheeyem is a piece of shit on multiple levels.

TiNi agreed to fight Ali Wild, not a Beheeyem. Beheeyem manipulating the minds of the staff to let him in is not consenting to the rules. You accept the terms of sex if you lose. But if your opponent cheats, that round is not going to be counted, as with any game in real life. So no, TiNi didn't agree to this, nor would a loss due to Beheeyem be counted if it were found that Beheeyem did indeed manipulate his way into the ring. TiNi was not given a chance to back out himself. It's clear Beheeyem did manipulate their way into the ring even without me explicitly stating it.

knew the gothorita was part of the illusion. does suck that they allowed the psychic into the ring. I bet it is part of the higher ups getting pressured into a bad situation and letting that psychic is only the start of a larger anti-typing movement
