The Dark type pokemon are the ones who didn't see it, because they are immune to Psychics.
I thought the whole point of this is that you can still Psychic a Dark-type if you're strong enough. Not sure quite yet though since well, Poison is already weak to Psychic anyway. But mmm, either way, everybody saw something different which was neat :O

The only way a Psychic Pokemon can affect a Dark Pokemon is if it has Miracle Eye, or a Psychic-like Ability (which seems to automatically confer a Miracle Eye status to allow the Ability to affect the Dark Pokemon). I wrote a bit about that here.

And that Beheeyem projected that imagery to the whole arena? Yeah, that's appropriately terrifying. I wouldn't be surprised if their mind-fuckery is what got an 'exception' made in the first place.

Oh wow I make a comment on the very last page wondering if anyone saw all that and this page proves me tf right by that Rapidash. XD I had a feeling only Psychics could see what was going on, though it seems to be partially, if the "Oh wow he just BOWED to that beheeeyem!" is any indication.
