A classic example of 'the theater kid', he's dramatic and broody, and his only friends are an airheaded bear and an eccentric android fox. Hardened by his line of work he's not easy to get along with, but he's loyal and devoted to those who can get past his moods.
Living in the lap of luxury, he comes off as a bit spoiled, but he mostly just hates dealing with people outside of his little group. Already used to danger, the War for the Planet hardly affected him, and he managed to get back to normal life fairly quickly.
Due to his work he is known as a scrapper, having to fight dirty to ward off would-be thugs. His pride in his work is unmatched, and he refuses to let anyone make off with his packages. He's respected and feared among those who deliver goods of any kind.
Personality
Xavier is a volatile mix of moods. He's typically the type to brood to himself, using curt phrases to evade conversation. Yet when he does want to speak, he makes sure he has all eyes on him, using doing something dramatic to get attention.
He's also vain, preferring specially made suits over any other outfit. However he does not wear shoes, as he was motivated by his friends to not be reserved about his preferences.
Xavier is also manipulative to a point, often roping his friends into situations to make things easier for him. But he's also happy to lend them a hand when needed, balancing out the situation.
When angry, Xavier switches from cold and brooding to loud and brash, often becoming even more dramatic with his gestures, nearly tantrum level. He's also more prone to cursing heavily.
Likes/Dislikes
Likes: suits, soaking in a hot tub, walks in the park, beating up thieves and thugs, alcoholic drinks (his favorite being a coconut banana colada), his specially-made hats, being barefoot
Dislikes: stubborn clients, long drives, cleaning his own house, getting rips in his suit
Background/History
Xavier started off in a somewhat well-to-do family, already being accustomed to having bigger houses and nicer clothes. However he eventually left due to his relatives and neighbors being unwilling to deal with his temper. It was a mutually beneficial act, and he does keep in touch with them on weekly phone calls. He holds no ill will to his family, as he acknowledges they made the attempt, but things just never clicked.
With his connections, he found a lot of people needing help delivering content that most mail couriers wouldn't accept, and quickly started his own business taking care of those packages. Most of them dealt with top secret documents, or volatile parcels that couldn't be trusted to be safe on a mail truck. He was able to customize his own delivery bike, which was later adapted to fit his barefoot lifestyle.
He met both of his friends Grévi and Solomon while on the job, the latter being the one to encourage him to embrace his interests that lead to him being a barefooter. Being a bit lazy, he instead pays a butler to drop by twice a week to clean his house, as well as other services.
Relatives/Family
His parents and other relatives live a good ways away; they were thankfully not harmed much by the war.
World/Setting
Xavier lives in the heart of the United Federation, only a few hours away from Grévi's town. His abode is a well-coveted villa at the top of a hill overlooking a national park. As such it's isolated but well-protected.
