While traveling the multiverse, sometimes Eggman likes to settle down for a bit. He's learned to take up some hobbies now that world-conquest is behind him. One example, gardening! Some long, comfy clothes, tools in his pocket, and a hat to cover his bald head, he's off to work.
The outfit was mostly inspired by his Mr. Tinker outfit from the IDW comics!
