This is a wild idea that crossed my mind. So I decided to draw a picture of it.
This could very well be the world's most expensive Smart Car after the modifications were done.
Hopefully, they won't have to slam on the brakes going down a steep hill. Doing so might flip it end over end.

It does have a basic shape like rat rod off roader.
The wheels however are low profile wall tires on spinner rims.

Yea, if you tried to off road with those and low profile sidewalls, you would crack or bend the rims.
