This is one of the airplanes the Coyote Family saw take off the Sunday afternoon that Al and Marge Coyote took their cubs out to what was then the Albuquerque Municipal Airport to watch the planes take off. In pictures #2 and #6, the plane is retracting it's landing gears.
I'll bet Clarence would be fascinated to see an old-fashioned prop-plane take off. He'll probably be fixated on it the whole time. And I'm probably thinking that when he sees the TWA markings, he'll tell his step-family what'll happen to TWA in 2018.
