A young Ion enjoying a nice day out with his family, him practicing with his trusty sword his father gave to him as his parents watched on in encouragement. These days were nice as they took a load off the backs of Ion's parents, especially his father Ivan as he was the overseer of the country but the same to his mother Ionia who made sure to keep her husband in check. For now they could just sit down and relax as they just watched their son playfully enjoying the time spent together in the nearby forest

Damn, i love all of the outfits, especially the dad one ^^
The background look so peaceful too ... for now....

Ion's and Ivan's outfits are of my design, but I didn't have one for Ionia for this time in her life so I let the artist come up with one (as the Maria one is from when she returns to being a pirate, and I designed another one from when she was a younger pirate) and they came up with something great.

It is peaceful, there is nothing sinister going on in the background so you don't have to worry

Not worrying, just thinking that in the future the hunter will try to find her....tell, me. How would have been things if they would have left her alone ? Would have she been back to pirate at some point ? ... I guess she could have miss her previous home. I mean the pirate you depict seems to comport themselves as a big family if i remember well ^^

Honestly I don't know, never really looked at that path since Ion's story always had his mother go missing (where he thinks she passed away) only to find her again on one of his adventures. It is also not like she didn't bring some of that pirate mentality when she did live in Eios, Ion spent a decent amount of time on the water learning to sail different boats, with Ion's father busy being the Overseer, she would at least in his earlier childhood before he was able to make true friends (and even after that) take him out on the water and teach him how to sail (and how to be feisty as well)

That is quite normal, that is what she have learn for survival, she want to transmit it to her child.
