Thought I would draw Fix (AKA: Btrfyfx) leaping.

Now, though I did make some corrections here (esp. on the second-to-last-one, as I drew the first iteration too high and had to start over), I yet count this as a 'Quickie'.

For those who don't know, quickies' (for me) are speed drawings, usually done carelessly (my comics of Gene and/or Timmy are almost all 'quickies'), with the concept/story (etc) being more important than the line art.

With this one, I wanted some degree of consistency. This slowed me down a bit and (by that virtue) this art is slightly better than most other quickies.

Also, this is NOT animation: it's just sequential art. The difference is there are no in-betweens and ...there's only six drawings as opposed to (say) 75. :P
Also, each of these were drawn individually; there was no tracing (old-skool animation entailed tracing, at least in part).

Last, please don't point out my 'mistakes'---I didn't make this in a vain attempt to 'prove a lie' about my 'skill' as an artist; I just wanted to draw my character jumping. :3

...Why did I even just explain all that? :p

I drew this with a vintage Blackfeet Indian pencil. These pencils seem to be missed by those in the pencil community (yes, there are pencil people out there), albeit these aren't especially valuable.
That said, this pencil has a nice, smooth drag and the lines were easy to erase (again, the 5th figure had to be redrawn entirely ...it's not unnoticable, but believe when I say I've experienced much worse)!

OH! Of course, Fix is still with Ginger---there will be fox cubs before too long. :3
