Time to fly, but not without confronting what happened a few days ago first. I'm of course referring to when Chucky tried to kiss Nimsha. It ended in a very embarrassing and unresolved situation for both of them. https://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=123308
A few aviation terms that might not make sense. Cycles-One cycle includes a takeoff and landing. Hobbs Time-The amount of time in hours and tenths that an aircraft has on it. It's recorded by a small odometer type counter that runs when electrical power is applied, in some airplanes it only runs when the engine is running. The red thing that Nimsha hands to Chucky in the last panel is a tow-bar. It gets attached to the nosewheel and is used to steer the airplane from outside.
Ian was watching and listening to Nimsha's solo from the control tower. It isn't supposed to be important, but you are the second person to ask, so I guess it is a curiosity.

Yay, another cool page, I liked Chucky's expression standing there holding the chocks and mulling things over in his head, he' s so cute when he's nervous/ dumbfounded!! I hate those tow bars though, they are always so flimsy and pop off all the time, but at least they are small and light enough to carry on-board!

You must love this comic then, he gets that look a lot. Yeah, those tow-bars ARE flimsy little things. After a couple dozen uses, they'd always get loose and clangy too.

I made the plane up, it kinda popped in my head. But the canard configuration(pitch control in the front with wings in the back) has been used in some airplanes. The Long-EZ is the most popular example. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rutan_Long-EZ

That plane looks like it is in the "Special Light Sport" class of aircraft. Those are typicaly aircraft that are single engine, have two or less passengers, and have a "take off" weight of less than 1500 lbs. (It kinda looks like the cab is from an Aptera Type 1.) Chucky needs to forgive himself more, it looks like Nimsha already has.

You know I haven't thought much about the aircraft's weight, but it would be close to light sport aircraft weight. Maybe a little heavier than a Cessna 152.

I like this tale, and this particular episode only leaves me eagerly awaiting the next. Really like the art, and hope that there's a whole lot more coming. I know its greedy to say that, but such a tale is captivating and since running into it, I've been thinking about trying to write a tale of some sort, and I haven't had inspiration in ages.
You are a good storyteller, got a fun and interesting story going, and I will be eagerly reading the next episode as soon as one shows up. Honestly, I hope you have a good health and a lot of fun with this hobby of making this tale.
