Yes... I'm not into urine/watersports. I use my art to get out frustration that you can't keep with you on duty. Seeing a fellow officer from a different city publicly relieve themselves on my city angered me. Would rather draw a picture documenting this (there are specific methods of me remembering his name and badge number in this art, even though it's not obvious to anyone looking at it), than to complain about something minor to my boss. Don't start problems with another officer over something so minor.
