I'm not trying to be rude but,
why do they do this? You feed one cat and the next morning there are fifty more.

If you give a mouse a cookie...

The homeless in my area (Saint Paul, MN) are the same way. First they want a cigarette, then regardless of whether or not you give them one they want money. Then if you don't give them money they get all belligerent and start demanding that you give them something, like they're entitled to your stuff by virtue of being homeless.

Homeless test my friend mentions partly that overall works, they ask for money so you ask if you can get them something to eat, and if they keep asking for money or other they might most likely be just beggars

i mean it partly makes sense? if your really homeless you would be doing all you can to survive, right?

Its so awk walking past them though x.x;

Surely there is some meth at the office. Perhaps they lost it? They're welcome to come down and identify it as theirs...

honestly. I don't mind giving a dollar to someone who's just shy of being able to eat. I DO mind paying for someone's smokes.
I'm a nice guy, but don't ever try to take advantage of me. I've been in that situation. starving, barely able to afford the necessities to live. but if you got there because of drugs, get out.

I've heard it from a old timer once, that back in the 1930s, there were those who were kind enough to let a transient come into their house to rest and get a bowl of soup.  Any transient who received the generosity would, upon leaving, make a special mark on a door jam or gate with a pocket knife which let other transients know "this is a place to come for a rest and a meal".

We've come so far from those dark days when people were weak with their caring hearts.  Thank God!  *smirk*
