It'd be a wonder if they'd be able to escape for long period. The police Pokemon might have more muscle mass (except the Lycanroc probably) but they could probably run for longer, and their muscles would mean they don't need to outright dash like the Jolteon would need to.
I think the funnier thing is the Pikachu eating grass. I know their hands aren't the greatest but you'd think Pikachu would be able to hold food and not need to eat from the ground.
