By the looks of it Mindes doesn't know what real love is. Presumeing that this stuff has been happening all his life its not supriseing that he acts like this. Young minds are eaisly manipulated hence why he is currently like this. This is unfair on Ambus as this is his first time being with someone that shows affection towards him even if its in all the wrong ways. If Ambus truely loved Mindes, he should try and atleast help mindes. Atleast try and make him understand the stait he is in and give him a chance to break this cycle. Before it ends up killing him.

You may end up doing more harm than good by being inexperienced and giving the wrong advice. They need professional help.
