I'm still looking for some more help. So, if you want to participate, please take a look at the second map and select a city, capitol, province, or any combination of the three you'd like to adopt. NOTE: THERE IS NO CHARGE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS! I DROPPED THIS IDEA A FEW WEEKS AGO!
Please submit your suggestions in the comments of this file and I will add them ASAP. NOTE 2: There is a limit of one suggestion of each type per person. Also, all other rules are still in effect, so please see the original instructions before you decide on what names you'd like to suggest.

If you don't have one already what about a city called Soul City or something like it that is mostly home to people and beings that are more aligned with spirits or have a profession that involves them. Could also be the place to learn all about Soul Music both the irl type and anything else you could come up with.

How about PC9 unless you can think of a better place to put it or someone else comes up with a better name for the area. Thinking of keeping it somewhat close to the center as the soul is the center of our being, but again if somewhere else feels better to you that will also work it is your world after all.

I'm fine with that. I'll reserve that spot for you and update the map when I get the chance. Also, if you'd like, you can still pick a name for a province and any other non-capitol city. You're allowed to pick one from each category.

I've been wondering if you would be interested in letting participants who named a province design how provincial police cruisers are marked for that province...and possibly those "Welcome to _______Province" signs upon entering the province. I had something pretty sharp for both in mind.

Oh, I forgot to ask before drawing the patrol cruisers and welcome signs, considering I was planning to put some background with it.
In Kapernia, does traffic travel on the left side of the road like in the U.K., Kenya, India and Australia, or does traffic travel on the right like in France, Egypt, the U.S., Canada and Mexico?...It would make the difference what side of the cars the steering wheel is on, and what side of the road the welcome sign is on.
Also, what country of origin of motor vehicles are most common...ie; American made, European made, Australian made, mainland Asian made, Japanese made, etc.?
Is the center line on two lane highways white or yellow? In some countries they still use all white markings on the roads.
Is the climate tropical enough to where palm trees, citrus trees and palmettoes are common, or even more tropical where banana trees and mango trees are also present? Or is it more like a Canadian and European climate with all hardwoods, pecan, apple, cedars and pines?

Since I'm from the U.S., let's keep it simple and just say that the cars drive on the right side of the road in this part of Kapernia. There may be other parts that I haven't gotten to yet that do things differently, but I figure I'd go with what I'm more familiar with. Also, if you're talking about a two lane two-way highway, the line markings on the road would be similar to those found in the U.S. The only difference would be is that in addition to having "No Passing Zone" signs, there would be verbal markings on the road that say "No Pass Zone" when entering said area and "End No Pass Zone" at the end of a No Passing Zone.
Most of the vehicles driven on Kapernia are made on Kapernia, with some of them having totally unique designs and propulsion systems. However, most vehicles still run on gasoline, so I would say that most of the vehicles in Kapernia would be similar to those produced in America or Japan.
The province you adopted would have a climate that is similar to that of the Pacific Northwest (like Washington State or Oregon). So, hardwood trees would be the norm. The interior of the province would have a mountain range in it, with Shendonville being in a valley area.
I hope this helps you.

Thanks. I do hope I didn't sound upset. I really did think I'd made my suggestion but, after looking at the replies I didn't see mine anywhere. Obviously, I got sidetracked and failed to post it.
