For a while, I've been wanting to make a map of what the mainland of Kapernia is like. I have several other maps I wish to produce of the Kapernian mainland, but I have a little bit of a problem. There are a number of cities, capitol cities, and provinces on Mainland Kapernia that I haven't been able to think of names for and I need your help in filling in the blanks. That's why I've decided to start an "Adopt-A-City/Province" promotion.
If you're interested in helping me out, here's what to do...
Select a city, capitol, or province that you'd like to name (using the codes provided on the map). PV=Province, PC=Provincial Capitol, C=Other City. You can select more than one category if you wish, but you can only choose one of each category.
Once you've decided what you'd like to do, post a message with the city, capitol, or province number that you wish to adopt; as well as the names for the city, capitol, or province you wish to adopt. Then, once I approve, I will update the map to include your name(s) on it. A new main map will be posted about every 24 hours (as long as there is new information to post). Everyone who participates in this will be acknowledged here and if I use your city, capitol, or province in a future story, you'll be credited for providing the name in said story!
A few ground rules before you make your decision...
> You are welcome to use your Inkbunny, FurAffinity, or SoFurry name as a name for a city or province (as long as the name is somewhat realistic...see below)
> You are also welcome to use the name of someone close to you as a city or province name (as long as they give permission to do so).
> Provincial, city, and capitol names that I've already provided are not subject to this promotion. They are set by me intentionally and will not be changed!
> Please refrain from naming cities or provinces after real people (especially famous people).
> Please keep any city or provincial names "realistic" (and by this I mean, don't suggest something like "Buttheadsburgh" or something else that wouldn't sound like a name that an actual city might be called).
> Please do not make any suggestions that would be considered "offensive" to certain groups of people (In other words...no sexist, racist, homophobic, etc. suggestions!)
