I figured that a lot of stories in the "Life With Charlene" series and a few future stories will take place at or around the Sakura House, I figured it was time I produced a map of the area.
Several of the streets and roads in this map are named for famous people and others...
Ashen Road: This is a Patreon-related reward for Ashen Hugo. Tezuka Avenue: Named after Osamu Tezuka (Creator of Astro Boy, Kimba: The White Lion, and many other works of Japanese TV and literature) Tajiri Road: Named after Satoshi Tajiri (Creator of Pokemon) Miyamoto Road: Named after Shigeru Miyamoto (Creator of Mario, the Legend of Zelda series, and many other Nintendo franchises) Yokoi Road: Named after Gunpei Yokoi (Creator of the Game and Watch series, the "D-Pad", the Game Boy, Metroid, and more. Oh, and he was also responsible for this thing, but I won't hold that against him.)
I'm doing this as a means of saying "Thank You" for everything that they've created over the course of the last several decades...or, in Ashen Hugo's case, thanks for his support on Patreon.

That's because Valerie's father (the original owner and founder of the Sakura House) lived in Yokai City since it was incorporated. Also, with the Sakura House generating millions of UIC Dollars in profit every year, it makes sense that the owner's house would be sizable compared to the other houses. That being said, the individual squares (which denote regular houses) only denote the location of said house, not necessarily its size.

They are not on Mainland Kapernia, they are on West Island, which is part of the United Island Colonies. Yokai City is on the northern end of the island.
