Some of them. It's considered a little more invasive than the basic package, so typically it's something only the dedicated do. There are exceptions to this rule; those who serve as Reindeer routinely have both dewclaws and "front dewclaws" removed so that they can better fit their protective snowshoe "hoofboots" in order to protect their joints. I don't think this is what OSHA had in mind, though… ;-)
