There have been videos on youtube recently that suggests C.E.R.N. has opened a portal in which a parallel reality has emerged and altered the past history on various things. The theory is called the Mandela Effect...Makes a good Twilight Zone episode. This posting is one example of the things they claim. And I also discredit that claim in this posting as well.
Past deceivers had brought up things that were truthful, And then would then contradict the public that a fallacy they had fabricated is the truth instead...Sometimes they use to try to back it up with a photo-shopped image of something. This older method of smoke-n-mirrors can easily be debunked with archives, old photos and old newspaper clippings.
The deception of this one is more clever. They begin with agreeing with the public on popular mispreceptions about past and historical things (and there are more of them than you would think). Then they will produce actual truthful evidence of the correct way something is...If a photo is the proof, it is not altered, but there is a deception to it.
They will not say, "You were mistaken. I have proof of that. See this old photo?"
They will instead say, "The way we all knew history is no longer that way. A portal from CERN has altered history. Look at this old photo. We never knew things this way. And this old photo now shows it the way the past is now. History has supernaturally changed, and this photo now shows it".
In actuality, that photo had always been correct from the beginning. They are using popular mispreceptions most people have of history as a tool of deception. With this more cunning method of smoke-n-mirrors, someone who falls for the deception could be looking at the old newspaper clippings their Grand Dad had from 1963, and swear up-n-down that the parallel reality from the C.E.R.N. portal had supernaturally altered the photos to include Governor Connelly and his wife riding in the limo.
I other words, instead of lying, they are turning the truth into a lie...or present the truth as an alteration of history.

The Mandela Effect thing is indeed kind of silly, but fascinating. But it predates CERN's Hadron Collider. People have been making claims for decades that this or that isn't as they remember it. See: the Berenstain Bears (had it been BerenSEIN, as a kid I would have imagined a beer stein).

Their method of deception seems to be agreeing with others who don't remember correctly how things actually were (tell them how right they are)...Then produce evidence of how things always really were. Then they represent the evidence as proof that the past has been altered...As long as you have them fooled into thinking the evidence is a product an altered history, there is no need to keep the evidence hidden. It is the clever trick of turning the truth into a lie in the minds of others, so when the eyes of others actually do see the truth, their minds still do not see the truth, regardless how long and how often they actually do see the evidence before them.
The old method of deception was to simply disagree with those who remember the way things actually were (telling everyone "I am right and all of you are wrong"). Then try to hide the evidence of what was always correct. That method was less effective, especially when the day comes they can no longer keep the evidence hidden...No one can not hide evidence forever. What is so ineffective about that "old hat" way of starting off telling everyone only you are right, is that when the evidence finally does get discovered, the lie is instantly debunked.
In short; With the Mandela Effect deception, the truth is rigged to support a lie. With the conventional deception, the truth is left as it is to expose a lie.

I think there are far fewer conspiracies than you may believe there are. There are countless YouTubers and bloggers making claims, but none of them have the slightest bit of evidence-- in this case beyond "I swear this thing used to be different!" You seem to suggest C.E.R.N is connected, but the Mandela Effect existed long before C.E.R.N was ever a thing.
My cousin's husband worked at C.E.R.N on the hadron collider. He finds these theories patently silly, as he does the old claims that the collider would create a black hole that would swallow the earth. Some even claim C.E.R.N. opened an interdimensional doorway and let a monster into the world. Everyone wants to believe there are evil schemes being covered up, and if you prove that the ones they believe aren't real, thy either make up new ones, or insist you must be part of the cover-up.
