Karnarath's services to the Mage's Guild as a guard/assassin/errand-boy/specialist/prophesy-fulfillment-guy/etc. continue, while the quest-giver continues to be ungrateful and forget his name. With the power of item-enchantment within his reach, he grinds on, focused on the day that he can create some of the most powerful artifacts in Tamriel. He cures insomnia, fetches not-so-fresh ingredients from dungeons, and "accidentally" kidnaps a nobleman's lover. oops.
Well, that last part was just my way of not getting pissed about a bug. In the next episode, I'm going to cut out most of the grinding until I reach high enough rank to enchant items. Honestly I think that particular service should be for much higher-ranked members than the teleportation service, because it's soooooo much more useful.
