Hey viewers! (and non-viewers too) werewolf, or wereboar? Which one should I become?
Now free to investigate the haunting of the capitol, Karnarath the Tormentor chooses NOT to do that just yet. Even so, he must still meet with the emperor's contact, because if he doesn't, she'll bad-mouth him to the emperor, and they won't be bestest buddies anymore. What a bitch! After pretending to listen to her long-winded monologue, Karnarath returns to Daggerfall... to SHOPLIFT ^_^ He has his eye on a small ship he can use to store his items (and victims) onto, as well as providing easy passage across the bay, later. Abusing the knowledge from the Mages' Guild, he becomes the terror of tumblers everywhere!
After stealing a dwarven claymore, he thinks himself invincible, ...and is proven very wrong, losing that lucky find. He returns to his task, filling a cart with stolen goodies, and wheeling it to Tulune to exchange for a sack of gold he can barely carry, and a banker of an undetermined gender (which I don't intend to determine) offers to hold it for him. The banker and Karnarath are about to become bes-- well.. second-bestest-buddies. ^_^
This episode doesn't have much action. A little, but not much. I just sold one load of goodies to Tulune, and I intend to grind off-camera up to the 100,000 gold I need to buy the ship. Yeah, I COULD abuse the banking system to get 100,000 more quickly, but that's WAAAAY unfair, and this way I'll get some decent starting equipment, too.
At the end of the video, I ran out of time when I started to say that if your wagon-load of stolen goodies is worth more gold than you can carry, the shopkeeper will instead give you a "letter of credit" which you can take to the bank, or purchase some items with, though some places only take hard cash.
Again, let me know if there's anything in particular you want to see in this series, and let me know whether you think I should become a werewolf or a wereboar. I like both, so you decide.
