Terrible news with a terrible update...

has been in the hospital for just over a week for health issues and testing to find out what is going on and treatment options available once the doctors find out. Well just over two days ago he was informed he has colon cancer and he has been in talks with his doctors about treatment options (which includes chemo and radiation therapy).

Here is a quote from his FA journal https://www.furaffinity.net/journal/10943287/ (Guess I should explain a few things (RL update)) :

" Well there is no way to sugarcoat this I'm in the hospital.

And the news is not exactly great as I have Colon Cancer.

Just going to make one more thing clear I am not asking anyone to donate to help,but will instead take any kind words and thoughts anyone sends my way gladly.

Hope to see everyone again soon with some good news.

Update (not good, NOT fucking good at all)

" Well no reason to beat around the bush, its stage 4.

Not sure what the next steps are but there is no quit no surrender in this Icelandic cabbit never has been never will be.

Just going to add that I will remember everyone's kind thought and words to my dying Day, hopefully many many years from now.

Hopefully my next update will be from home as writing this out on my phone has not been easy.

I have no idea what I am going to do if I lose him, I really don't. And yes I am worried and scared as fuck about this.

I'm so sorry to hear this buddy. :( That saddens me. I'm hoping Lafeel will go into remission and become cancer-free. Losing loved ones hurts like an mfer. I've seen how it affects others, and how it affected me. I cried so hard a couple days ago for my late mother who's been gone for over 5 years. It gets better over time, but the hurt never truly goes away. So I'm hoping and praying that Lafeel will pull through this.

Been through the cancer rodeo far too many times to remember, even lost my baby brother to cancer at age 7

*hugs tight* God that sucks! Yeah, Mom was pancreatic cancer. :( 3 of 4 of my grandparents died of cancer (I forgot which one passed from a heart attack). Keep us updated, please.
