I believe so yes and if you're frustrated take a breather. Careful when making journals like this. Because after a while people will have a enough. Again there are people who care about you on this site and don't push them away with journals like this. If you are frustrated with lack of views take some time away from the site or the computer. Play online games helps deal with frustrations like beat'em up games. I'm sure addictinggames or other online games can help with that. sorry for the long comment
