Hello again, my wonderful friends!! <3 <3 It has been such a long time, I almost forgot to write this journal. My military service is officially over as of today. Now, I am once again a free citizen. Gosh I missed you all!
Nine months of service. Crazy! I can't even tell how I managed to survive. The heat and cold were very torturous, training was draining my energy and psychology, and constant duties (like lookouts and patrols) wasted what little energy I had left in there. I changed at least 2 cities, each with their own problems with the field. Almost a year of my life that I will never get back. However, I am grateful that it happened, it helped me grow up, get experience, make more friends, even if my energy and time was severely limited. It only got worse as the fucking Coronavirus epidemic screwed everything up.
Yes, I know it doesn't make sense me announcing my return, seing as I was faving pictures and videos all the time. Thing is, when I left to do my duties, I had no clue where I would go, how tough or loose things were gonna be. I genuinely thought that I wouldn't be able to enter Inkbunny again, until I got days off and more spare time. But here is what happened.
Out of all the cities/villages they could send me, after spending a month in the Special Forces, and 3 weeks in other basic training, where did I get drafted next? In the city I reside in! Yup, I could be sent away in the islands, or near the borders of my country, but nope. The people in the army offices were probably like "Nah, let's just keep him home". So yeah, when I believed I could escape my comfort zone so I could see something new, I instead stayed near my house. Which means that yes, since I lived at my city, I could sleep at my house every time I had no duties. That's why I was here so often, even if I never commented on anything.
I guess you could say that fate was smiling upon me. Well, almost. I may got the opportunity to serve near my home, but I still got drafted in one of the most hard working and difficult sections of the army, one level below the Special Forces. Lost countless hours of sleep, I was constantly training in shooting and parades, and to top it all off, near the end of my service, things got so bad that I almost fainted from psychological exhaustion.
No matter, now that I am back, I can officially continue working on Source Filmmaker. Both videos and comics. I do have some ideas in my mind, but I have to warn you, it may take a while to see them. Now that I got out of the army, I have to get a job, and now with the virus, things are a lot tougher than before.
That said, I will update some of my older pics. I felt like they could use some polish, so I will edit them and post them again. For those who haven't seen them before, stay tuned.
To all those I thought about during my endless months of service, I missed you. Looking forward to talk to you again.
See you again, real soon!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
