THE ELEMENTS
Water, The Element of Healing: you must let go of your hate, anger, rage, regret and forgive yourself and others and be peaceful at mind to be healed by the water element.
Earth, The Element of Strength: you must be strong in hard times and do not let anyone hurt you emotionally or physically and be as strong as a rock to be strengthened by the earth element.
Fire, The Element of Emotions: sometimes your emotions cannot be controlled, with the fire element you must stay calm and do not let your emotions get out of control to be emotionally balanced with the fire element.
Air, The Element of Freedom: live life like today is your last, do the things that you love and do while you can, spend cherish your loved ones and the people who support you to be freed by the air element.
Spirit, The Element That Represents you: to be one with the elements and to be balanced with your morals and well being you must accept yourself for who you are and express yourself to be completed by the spirit element.

THE CHAKRAS
Δ Crown Chakra: The Crown Chakra is located just above your forehead and deals with God, Religion, Spirituality, Divine Guidance and Trust. To open this chakra you must let go of the negativity about the things you think about divine guidance, religion and spirituality
Δ Third Eye Chakra: The Third Eye Chakra is located in the centre of your forehead and deals with The Past, The Future and Your Beliefs. To open this chakra you must cleanse it and then you will be able to see your higher self more cleary
Δ Throat Chakra: The Throat Chakra is located in the middle of your throat and deals with Truth, Communication and Asking For Your Needs To Be Met. To open this chakra you must open yourself to others and communicate with them and be truthful to them
Δ Heart Chakra: The Heart Chakra is located in the centre of your chest and deals with Relationships, Love, People Attachments, Forgiveness and Unforgiveness. To open this chakra you need to learn how to give and recieve love.
Δ Solar Plexus Chakra: The Solar Plexus Chakra is located right behind the navel and deals with Power and Control. To open this chakra you must let go of the fears of other people overpowering you.
Δ Sacral Chakra: The Sacral Chakra is located between your navel and base spine and deals with Cravings For Physical Pleasures, Addictions and Your Body. To open this chakra you must let go of all the big and small things that causes you so much stress.
Δ Root Chakra: The Root Chakra is located at the base of your spine and deals with Finances, Career, Thoughts on Home, Physical Safety, Needs and Possessions. To open this chakra you must let go of all your fears and worries knowing that you will be safe.

I've heard it all before, I am very open-minded about a lot of things but at the end of the day if you give me the "isn't real" or "does not exist" or even "its not logical" lecture, that is YOUR OPINION, but in MY OPINION it is real to me and I believe in it, I respect other people's beliefs and I do not judge them, however if you want to be hypocritical and judgemental towards me then just don't bother talking to me ok?
