I'm somewhat of a self-taught musician. I've always loved listening to game music, mostly from RPGs but from lots of different genres. I generally write things that would be suited for video games, typically RPGs. Occasionally I'll do a covers of songs from older games for practice. Sadly I play no instruments other than some terrible keyboarding skills which I don't actually use for my music right now. All of my music is done on computer. I got started waaay back in the day writing music with with Screamtracker, moved to Impulsetracker, played with Fruityloops for a bit and then I finally settled on Renoise as my program of choice.
Learning to use modern music software seems to be an ongoing process. I feel like I'm improving a bit though compared to my old stuff. I hope you find something you like. Feel free to drop a comment if you enjoy anything. :)
