Character Sheet for Artemis
Character Description
Artemis is a Mew-Lugia hybrid Pokemon, a Mewgia. He does not have an owner and spends much of his time exploring deep in the oceans or in the dense jungles of the world. Using his psychic powers he can talk in human tongue though normally his vocabulary consist of mews and melodic roars. As a fusion of two legendary Pokemon Artemis is rather powerful, his abilities being somewhere between a Mew and a Lugia.

Personality
Artemis is friendly but reserved. He has a very competitive nature and when challenged it is difficult for him to pass up the opportunity to compete. Due to his good genes he often wins and has a massive ego fueled by his inherited strengths. In the event he loses he will make up excuses as to why he lost.
He also has other personalities he takes on due to past trauma's affecting his mental state. Having been exposed to experiment's to turn him into a shadow Pokemon and having never been purified due to the apparent failure of said experiments, Artemis's aggressive nature can spiral out of control and cause him to take on a shadow Pokemon form. He is unaware of these transformations when he returns to normal but if he returns to his shadow form he will be able to recall while transformed.
Subconsciously he has developed a mirror opposite of his shadow form to cleanse his conscience of things he may have done while in shadow form.
Likes/Dislikes
Artemis enjoys swimming, it is his favorite hobby. He also enjoys battling, flying around, spicy berries, and friendly company. He does not enjoy losing at games or battles, it infuriates him. He dislikes bitter foods, walking or running, and dry climates. He also has a fascination with Lugia, admiring their large size and strength.
Background/History
Artemis is a Mew-Lugia hybrid Pokemon created by a scientist for non-hostile purposes. Unlike a clone Pokemon Artemis was born from an egg and has a mother and father from which the DNA samples were extracted. Normally the genes are not compatible but after much genetic experimentation an egg appeared.
Artemis was named and raised by the scientist but after some time a terrorist organization discovered the scientist and their studies. The scientist was kidnapped and all their work was confiscated by the organization. Artemis was also captured and underwent experiments meant to replicate the XD001 Lugia. The experiment was apparently unsuccessful due to the spastic nature of the transformation and the attempts to correct the error never ceased. Eventually the organization was overthrown and the Mewgia was set free. However, the time spent in his imprisoned state led him to seek freedom away from humans and so he fled to the wild.
It would be many years later but Artemis would instinctively return to the cabin of the one who originally owned him. He does not know what became of his owner and he often seeks refuge in the residence which has long since lost its battle with nature. Despite its run down appearance, Artemis feels comfortable in the familiar space.
Relatives/Family
Artemis's parents not only are unknown to him but in return do not even know that he exist. To his knowledge he has never met them in the wild.
World/Setting
Artemis exist within the Pokemon world that is also inhabited by humans. He often travels from human dominated regions to the regions where Pokemon share a collective interests in strange things called mystery dungeons.
Body
Artemis is 2ft 2inches/0.66m
He weighs 22 pounds/9.97kg
He has a pear shaped torso, digitigrade legs with long rabbit like feet. His body is covered in smooth, nearly white fur. The fur starting at his crotch and running up his belly and chest is sky blue and has two points where it comes to an end on his chest, much like a Lugia. He also has the tail of a Lugia, dark blue fins included at the tip. Along his back he also has six retractable fins that he uses for sharper control underwater and in the air.
Clothing
Artemis is normally naked. However when in his costume he wears an deep blue scarf and mask made of a knitted fabric. On the mask he has attached a golden eye meant to symbolize a third eye. He also wears yellow arm bracers and leggings which seem to be made of some sort of latex. He also wears a blue garment which serves to cover his genitals, the cloth held up by two blue laces that extend from a water drop shaped button and fit around his waist.
Accessories
Artemis usually carries a small bag with him where he keeps food and potions made from natural herbs and berries. It is also where he hides his costume.
