He's cute. Nice little shirt. Muzzle isn't bad. Nose and general muzzle shortness look a bit rabbit-ish. For drawing clothing, try not to make the clothes outline share the same line as body outline. Always make the clothes outline slightly higher than the body outline, that gives the clothes a sense of depth rather than just being painted onto the body.
