Character Description
A very typical superior in authority she's a bit of a stick in the mud and a stickler for rules. However she's almost always right so there's little you can argue about. She's downright dedicated to making the world a better place and helping those in need. However she believes that the best way to do it is by following a system that has been molded and crafted over many years rather than by reacting to emotions. She likes everything efficient and orderly and is intolerant of people who are improper. She's very perceptive, not just because of her all-seeing eye but also because of her unprecedented ability to read people. She also has a lot more sense than most and can be astoundingly worldly wise. Befriending her everyone will tell you is impossible however show her some respect and it's easier than you think.

Personality
Cammy may be small but you wouldn't know it. She runs the local authorities like a tight ship. With her everything has to be just so and she won't tolerate anyone is inefficient in the workplace. However beneath that hard exterior is a kind and caring heart and rather than manipulate the situation so as to help others she firmly believes the system works and if used correctly will result in benefit for all, which unlike popular fiction it usually does. She's a stickler for rules but her perception is not just limited to her advanced senses and her excellent mind can often work out a way around rules without using dodgy practices. Her main disadvantage is her inability to switch off. Often when trying to have fun she can revert back into work mode should something disorderly happen. On the plus side she never gives up, always talks sense and fights for what she believes in which is ultimately making the world a better place.
Likes/Dislikes
likes the law, doing what's right, being efficient, not letting anyone tell her what to do, helping people who need it and preventing chaos, dislikes people who bend the rules, prejudice, arrogance, irresponsibility, carelessness, layabouts and selfishness.
Background/History
Cammy works as a Cam branch security officer. It's a specialist branch of the law that operates similarly to a freelance forensics organisation. They have some level of authority and are allowed to give evidence but in terms of investigation and muscle they have little authority. They are often invaluable to the Paladin forces and highly respected as the average force's superiors. However they have no power over an investigation. Cammy is but one of many Cam officers in the area however in Diegoltun in particular she has more authority than most since few Cam officers have been allowed to work in the territory. Therefore she almost runs the Diegoltun Paladins from the back seat as their mysterious benefactor rather than their chief. Despite outranking many officers her high status has not earned her much respect as in their eyes she has done little to deserve the title. She's unfortunately in the major's pockets as she technically takes orders directly from him. However ultimately she obeys High Command, the leaders of the Paladin, and should they act against the major like they have done in the past she knows where her loyalties lie. Known for being a hard case and rather strict especially where rules are concerned she's actually a rather nice person, though she never bends the rules in anyone's favor.
Relatives/Family
Cammy's family are Cam race so live in Mechatropolis. It's rare to find Mimkin type races that far north but the Cam race in particular are common in that area. This posed a dilemma for Cammy's family during the Meka-Urga War since they technically belonged to both sides of the border. Some family members stayed in Mechatropolis but others moved to join the opposing side in the south. Cammy herself is way too young to have taken part in the war herself and was born to her Mechatropolis half of the family long after it had ended. Cammy always felt that she fit in more with the other side of her family however and moved to Monsterville to be closer to them. She has a cousin that lives in Olrit with a distant related uncle who she's close to.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
white all over with only holes in the side of the head for ears and one large eye. Lacks a mouth but the eye can speak and smell using essence. Doesn't need to eat but can absorb essence from the environment through the eye. The eye is capable of sensing things that normal people can't and can even share this vision in a limited for with others.
