Character Sheet for Seth Spadehand
Character Description
Seth is a saint on earth. He's always putting others before himself to the point where it's detrimental to his health. His only concern is helping others and making people happy. If people cause suffering or get in the way of him helping others he can be rather intolerant of them. He likes to sit on the fence and see an argument from everyone's perspective and although that can be irritating to others at times Seth is able to use this to reason out situations to avoid conflict. Very worldly wise he is often a fountain of useful advice where people are concerned. He's actually a very skilled fighter but never needs to resort to violence to solve issues. He does not agree with the way the mayor runs the town but feels powerless to oppose him. He'll befriend anyone even if they hurt other people but to be a close friend it's advised that actively take part in charity work.

Personality
Mildly arrogant and intolerant of selfish people, Seth often has a rebuttal for everything that's hardly an insult and delivered in such a nice way that few notice they've been insulted at all. A people centered person, Seth works himself to the bone to help others at the expense of his own comforts. He always likes to see things from everyone's view even those who are in the wrong or his enemies and can sit on the fence way too often. He never has a bad word to say about anyone but rather feels bad for the situation. Very much driven and a true believer in what people can do he never lets people give up and is always there to look after those left behind. A leader from the back he often observes others and acts appropriately. A rather reserved but pleasant enough kind of person he likes to read and listen to music to relax. However if it calls for it he's the first to act on behalf of his group. A true and loyal friend and very worldly wise he's mature and immature beyond his years.

Background/History
Seth used to work at his family's farm near Olrit until an explosive argument broke out and Seth moved out disgusted by his family's behavior. After that he wandered around a bit doing charity work until he met Simon Laxton and settled in Diegoltun not to far from his original home. Since then the two of them have run Diegoltun Mission together caring for people who are out of luck. Recently the modernization of Diegoltun has meant that many more people are in need of benefits and Seth and Simon have been worked off their feet. Seth wants to bring an end to the problem at its head but other than disagreeing with the mayor's policies has little to stand on in the argument.
Relatives/Family
The Spadehand family live at a farm near Olrit. Seth and his family do not get on. They had a row a while back and Seth moved out out of disgust for his family's behavior on the matter. They are still very much in touch but there's a lot of bad feeling between them and often pleasantries are said through gritted teeth to save face.
World/Setting
The Valhalor world is a mixture between real-world, fantasy and sci-fi settings with the second item being a more dominant factor. There are 8 islands in Valhalor, 5 of which are divided into multiple countries. Many years ago there was a war between the Dozers of Meka Island and the Yovans of South Island, which resulted in Valhalor being divided into 2 warring alliances. Monsterville is a country in South Island that is strongly fantasy themed, though Olrit county in particular is very much modern day. Monsterville is mostly forested and has a European look. It's home to a lot of unusual wildlife and often hazardous kinds. Diegoltun City is the main setting for the Monsterville game which this character is from. The city has a wide range of businesses from shops, craft works and restaurants to offices, entertainment and tourist attractions. There are also several smaller villages around Diegoltun and the city itself is sat next to a much larger city known as Olrit.
Body
His armor is thick and deep and covered in a wrinkly grey skin which gives the appearance of having a normal skeleton rather than an exoskeleton. He has 2 feathery brown feelers on his forehead and a short stubby tail. He has holes in the side of his head that act like ears and he has gorgeous brown eyes. The inside of his mouth is also brown.
Clothing
wears a dirty tattered tan colored sleeveless t-shirt and equally disgusting suit trousers. Also wears thick but soft leather padded gloves and boots with no apparent sole to them.
Accessories
He can often be seen carrying a huge backpack for camping whilst wandering outside of town. Normally he carries a small tan sports bag which unfortunately looks like a handbag from a distance.
