‘Kay so I’ve seen several Pokemon caramelldansen avatars animated similarly to this one (all from the same person), but there was no base… So I took about 2 hours on MS Paint to make one myself using Gem. I kinda like how it turned out. I might make more after I finish some other things I’m working on… like Videogame Insanity 11.
