UPDATE (7/3/2018): Extended Kitsune St. to account for the soon-to-be released East Familia Map, also added Mason Island Highway 612.
This is the southern portion of Familia (formerly the town of Twin Lakes). All of the red X's represent where gates are to access certain parts of the community. The red arrows represent roadways that are open to all traffic. All other roads are open to either guests of Familia, residents of Familia, or those who are willing to sign a waiver stating that they are not here to heckle the residents of North Familia. All of the residents are aware of what North Familia is about and while they may not necessarily practice incest in South Familia, they are OK with it as long as it's kept in private. The black arrows indicate one-way streets.
Once again, individual houses are shown by the silver squares, but there are also rental cabins available off Eva Ave. (shown in brown squares).

KFTL-TV (Owned and operated by Independent Entertainment...channel can only be seen within Familia, Campbell, and parts of Joplin and Odessa. It's considered to be a "public access" channel.) 27.
