An early MAD magazine parody of Mickey Mouse (Mickey Rodent) had on the start page, Horace Horsecollar (Horace Horseneck) arrested for indecent exposure (he did not have gloves on). The main theme of this story, done by Bill Elder, was the unending rivalry between Mickey and Donald.
I recall he signed all but the end page "Walt Dizzy" and his own name to the end page, done in his own style.
