Ever since i was a kid i've always loved Wicked Lady or Black Lady from Sailor Moon and that stems from liking chibiusa but not too many people did, funny how i like the characters that others hate, chibiusa and jar jar. Anyway it's been a long time since i've posted my Jigglyusa, a character that is in fact Chibiusa but as a jigglypuff and older and what better thing to draw than to draw the sultry evil that is Wicked Lady. i watched the English dub that's why i call her Wicked Lady, even tho i know the original name was Black Lady. Enjoy! ^w^
