Here is how miniature everything is that was used to produce the images in posting
 http://inkbunny.net/submissionview.php?id=835258 .
The house key gives a good size comparison.

The car is a detailed model meant for an HO scale train board. The car model is around $20.
The small trees are train board trees that came in a pack of about 25 of them.
The small mountain in the background is a wood fence overgrown with vines.
The palms are made from tiny miniature plastic ferns glued to a small stick with a hot glue gun.
For the fan palm, miniature plastic leaves that were the shape of fan palm fronds were used.
The plastic fronds came as plastic hanging plants from a Micheal's Art Supply store.
All of it was set up on a sand pile.

Where the meerkat is holding a photo, an image of my own hand was digitally altered to look like a meerkat paw.

They look bigger because they are highly detailed, and I have a close up camera.

BTW, I thank you for the favorite on this one.
