This is Tempa Relaxika, now there's quite a few things I have to say before I describe who she is. (and for those form the UK, I had NO idea her name actually IS a music style, it was based on feminizing the word "Tempo")
RETCON: Tempa is actually Lizario's future wife, NOT his sister, which wouldn't make much sense. Lizario's older sister is Melody Melodawave, and is the son of Lester Soundwave and Psylence Psywave.
To start, this was meant to be an attempt to draw a Starmaninjian Frog, but as anyone can see, there's nothing about her design that really says "Frog" as much as "Lizard" (and I had to give her a small tail at least). What weirds me out about this drawing is how she greatly resembles a Dranan, namely Crocodina (as with her colors, she looks like a thinner Crocodina. XD), but Dina has a longer snout anyway as well as a longer tail.
The second part is that I drew her safe, but didn't draw her nude (though she was initially nude before I drew her clothing). I decided that drawing the nude versions cause me to draw the females incorrectly (they look extremely horny despite not actually being horny). Their nipples don't protrude like I usually draw them unless they're turned on so I decided to just draw her clothed from the start instead. I also decided to not draw a background cause I think I'm going to hand draw backgrounds and prerender them from now on to make things look more appealing. I'll get to that later though so for now, The background are just going to be gradients to make things easier. Sides, the character is who I want to focus on anyway.
Now with all that aside, Tempa is what the Starmaninjians call a Tyraphian, or "Large legged Amphian". She is an Amphian due to her slick, moist skin and her tendancy to want to live in very humid areas, she can also breathe underwater, a trait most Amphians share, which makes them different from Dranans, who typically prefer drier land.
Tempa bears a strong resemblance to another character of mine named "Lizario" (who I apparently never uploaded, but will be a playable character in Kao's second adventure and a major character in the Ocealand story arc). I decided that Tempa is Lizario's future, which is why she's kind of a fashionista. She mostly appears initially as part of the music themed story of R.B.R. and Break Dancer the Monkey as the third member of the "Organic" dance crew. She tends to specialize in slower, more tribal rhythms and has a very hypnotic dance that tends to captivate those who watch her. She appears a little in Kao's second adventure and becomes a major partner in Starwave's adventures on Ocealand.
Personality: Tempa has a very calm personality. She tends to be the type who never really worries about much and loves to go with the flow. She has a somewhat islandic accent (like Pacific islander or Hawaiian in a sense). She tends to like to move a lot to express herself, using a lot of body language in a sense. Incedently, despite usually living on a tropical island resort usually, she tends to love the city life as well, hence her home is designed like a 4 star resort cabana and she often visits her brother, who lives in the city and is a model and super star.
Power: Tempa is mostly a physical fighter due to using dance moves to do many things. She's extremely agile and can bend her body in all sorts of forms. She's also a very good swimmer like most Amphians. She doesn't know much magic, but can occasionally maneuver water using her exotic movements. Her defenses are a bit weak, but like her brother, she has high attack powers and speed to make up for it. She may like the rhythm slow and smooth, but she's pretty hard to hit with a direct strike!

Fun Facts:
1. You'll have to get used to the fact that Starmaninjians all tend to have wild, punk rockish hair. I dunno why but I just LOVE that style. The colors follow a similar pattern, generally being blues and reds and violets.
2. The fact that she's supposed to be a "Frog" and completely isn't is the reason why I make up my own species names. It's not that I don't know how to draw a Frog, as much as she's not exactly supposed to look like one. It's just that "Frog" was what inspired the design for this character, but I ultimately decide what degree they inspire me. Like how Koyas are Felines, or Ratzus are Canines, but clearly they look different than real dogs and cats. They're Starmaninjians first. I'm just saying this cause I know if I really want her to look like a Frog, I can always grab a reference. You don't have to tell me. :)
3. I think from now on, I'll only draw the Starmaninjian nude if they're naturally supposed to be nude (usually topless) or they're supposed to be nude in the image. I want to keep my nudity artistic, not pornographic (unless I intentionally make it porn).
