I drew this as a sketch a while ago because I was feeling very inspired, but for some reason, I couldn't build any motive to color it in or work on anything new, so I'm just uploading this sketch for now (mostly the lack of activity going on at the moment, presumably due to the update).

This is a new character I made. I really dislike the fact that I'm using the name Sakura because I feel like it's SO common, (though now that I think about it...Scarlett is a slightly more fitting name, so it may be changed to that), but I called her Sakura because she lives in the East Asian themed location of "Cherry Forest" which is in the south western part of the Dragon Continent of planet Starninja. The forest is known for it's cherry blossom trees and very zen like appeal, even having a huge sanctuary where Starmaninjians can go to relax and pray and meditate. The Sanctuary is run by a Red Panda named "Sage" (who I've drawn once long ago, but have to redraw her).

Sakura is special because for the longest time, Drake's story theme was that he would team up with dragons of the major elements and travel around the Dragon Continent, saving the world. I had a dragon for every element except for Grass because I couldn't figure out for the life of me how a Grass dragon would work. It was after playing a game called "Kung Fu pets" that I finally found my answer in a pet named "Flower Frillzard", making her a physical fighter and have ninja like weaponry that's based heavily on plants (like poison bulb bombs and sticky sap traps and her leaf shuriken and redwood blade...or something like that.)

As for what I've come up for her so far, she's a very proud and confident dragon who is not above showing her strength and skills at every point she gets the opportunity. She often really enjoys when people marvel at her strength and speed, but most of her drive comes from her extreme love for nature and plants in general. Rumor has it she's from Botanorest (much as the water Dragon, Mermaid, is from Ocealand and Minnie is from Cavertain), and this is reflected by her strange speech. She doesn't speak Starninjian, but instead speaks Botanian and therefore sounds like she makes a ton of feral noises (it would probably sound more like she's speaking Japanese to the ears of an American), but she's otherwise very friendly and has a very strong sense of justice.

Anyway, Sakura Cheranan is copyright to Kao Ninjaratzu (I'll probaby keep it Sakura and save the name "Scarlett" for someone else...like a fire type)

Oh and I haven't drawn her claws YET, but she does have claws. Her high heels are also made of wood, contrary to most other Starmaninjians who have a kind of plastic heels instead. They're kind of meant to resemble clogs, hence the very thin strap.

I'm also not sure exactly what color she'll be. I'm thinking Green with pink claws and leaves and a dark red kimono and hair.
