Proud that his boyfriend is loaning himself out to the Red Cross fundraiser for a month or more, and the longing is obvious in foresight. He'll be spending quite a few of his evenings visiting the 'stable', however, so all is not lost for the holiday.

He's already taken the drugs and put on fifty pounds as he grows up to the size of a rather large pony, in spite of having lost weight elsewhere - he's also had most of the surgeries involved in his transformation. Putting his wings in cold storage until he needs them again, though they might need to be upsized once they're reattached, abandoning his claws - he'll probably go with a convincing but low-maintenance prosthetic next year - and … well, he'd probably have stored his testicles too, but they were donated to the cause where they'll be rendered down to extract stem and germ cells, mixed with those of other Reindeer, flash-frozen, and auctioned off to would-be parents who are after a sperm donor with some novelty to their genome. (Given the pair's devotion and orientation, it's probably the only chance he'd reasonably have to father children under the circumstances. It'll also - hopefully - give his partner a better chance to pitch for a while!)

(Done as a chance to practice drawing humans - which I don't do enough of - and explore a bit of the weird relationships that are formed in the lapdragonverse.)
