Having volunteered her common-law husband for the Reindeer™, she next allowed her twins - both completely taken with the Reindeer™ since last Christmas - to join the Fawns™ this year; unlike the husband who pulled sleighs, they spent the last couple weeks at something like a conservation-themed summer camp in the snow, though they too were fixed and declawed and given something rather like the uniform.  Everyone there was couriered home on Christmas eve, and given a gift-wrapped box to hide in during the delivery, all the better to jump out of the next morning

Judging by the scene greeting their parents when they came downstairs, it seems these two couldn't wait for the big reveal, preferring to peek at the other things under the tree and not making it back into the boxes in time.

Merry Christmas, everyone.  :D

Never trust kids to keep a surprise or to keep away from a surprise.

I like the tongue hanging gape of the one in the box. The one climbing down the couch back is also good, don't see that position often.

The camp sounds enjoyable.  Being castrated so young, along with the other body modifications, was probably an experience they won't forget.  Wonder if they'll want to bother having the bits restored in the future.

I'd guess they'd not miss them, having done most of their growing up without them, and I'd guess that as of 2060, they'd find digital cloning the way to go when, in a couple decades, they get around to making family-planning decisions.

As for the tongue, this piece actually started as an exercise in silly faces, and sorta grew from there.  :D
