In this scene , Sammy and Remi were visiting the doctor!
In this pic, the twins are a little more  younger (some  years ago)and  a little nervous too when they were in the doctor's office!

Dr.Anna:"Ok pups!Ready for your shots? So bottoms up!"

Remi asked timidly:"That's gonna hurt don't you think?"

Dr.Anna:"Just a little!"

And then the pups put a sad faces and little tears began to fall!

And the doctor  quickly said:"Awww!Don't be afraid and don't cry,pups!When this is over, I will give each of you a lollipop and a balloon!What you think?"

So the puppies were very happy and so the doctor also then able to finish his work with the twins!

During my childhood my own  little ass received plenty of shots from the doctor!And   hurted a lot!Ouchie!^^

Same here, all shots I can remember were in my arm, it doesn’t hurt as much because there’s less nerve endings there

What would really be unnerving is if it was one of those doctors like the Central Florida is full of. I hear many of them have the attitude, "If an uncircumcised boy comes to me for treatment, he's getting circumcised".

A co-worker, where one of my sisters use to work, took her son to a doctor, and the doctor actually threw a tantrum in his office because the boy was never circumcised. Those kind of doctors are scarey...and sick.

I guess Sammy and Remi would really be freaking out if the parents unknowingly took them to see one of those kind of doctors.

Aaawww the twins are really cute in this age period ... LOL funny to see their face they're doing ... I bet they would ran as fast as possible if they could do it ... yeah like we say here ... if it was possible they would easily enter an hide in a mouse hole  just to avoid this ... cute picture an funny slice of life :)
