Wait a second... What's happening here... was tied with what happened at the pool, and the behavior was because of what happened with Annie, and how he defended her, and somehow this caused Angel to overreact like that, and that action caused him to wind up in that place?

Okay, I'm like others with thinking 'dafuq O.O'? I'm assuming all of the chapters up to now AREN'T an elaborate dream he had (not from Chapter 2/3 on, but from the start here, I meant for some reason XD), except for Audrey somehow. I thought he woke up in a mental hospital after he went nuts and attacked that boy that hit him and that sorta hit on Annie (or vice-versa, with her kissing him) in Chapter 2, then Annie and whatever else happened afterwards.
Anyway, this chapter did have a lot of twists and turns, sad moments and all-around drama, etc. I hoped we'd see more of how their romance 'came to blossom' in this reboot if TGOG is no longer canon; I mean if she kissed him and it made him start to see Annie as more than his sister, but she wasn't aware of it and the kiss (if it wasn't on purpose, and she just pretended to be asleep like in at least one fic I've read, but probably more) until later. But ah well, it's good enough, I think.
Well, I hope that Audrey doesn't have anything to do with this, cause I thought I couldn't kinda feel sorry but also hate her for being unkind to Angel before, when I thought he'd be her hero. And that somehow, whatever they're doing won't, I dunno... turn him female or into someone also owned by who owns her currently? But I'll wait... until October (month of my birth). D: Well, I hope it's sooner, but I will wait and see!

For anyone that doesn't understand. Audrey was at the pool, talking on the phone saying that the "He seems just fine! I guess this means that it failed. We should just leave the boy (Angel)" then goes on to say "That's not an option, I need you to stay with him." And "But why... It's obvious it didn't work.... Let's give it a shot with a different subject".
So, while Angel was out after getting hit by the car, Audrey saw the opportunity to use him as an involuntary test subject, since he seemed like a good candidate. For whatever reason, when Audrey observed his behavior at the pool, she was under the suspicion that whatever results the test was supposed to procure, were not at the very least, immediately evident. So then she just assumed that it failed and just wanted to move to another involuntary test subject. But then her superiors refused to listen, basically suggesting that they try again with Angel when given the chance, which was handed over to them when Angel started his fight. And blah, blah, blah, Angel gets subdued, brought to this testing facility that resembles a hospital, and then gets administered further test, again, against his will, all the while Audrey just stands by, in a way almost regretting her decision to either put Angel through this horrible test, or just agreeing to even be a part of this entire "project"

Since Angel started to fight Bryce and then later when he pushed away Annie I've been terrified that their loving and caring relationship I first found in Chapter 3 Page 7, "I couldn't imagine my life without you... You're the most important thing in my life!", would break and that maybe the one Annie loves isn't Angel like I want, or maybe she'll stop loving him like that... And the stuff with the teacher scared me more, because of the trauma it could make Angel pushing her, and her sad tear, be more devastating than we know.
This messing with Angel they're doing, probably "changing him" maybe causing his erratic outlash, worries me but the notion of this being a major part of destroying their relationship is making me so sad and terrified that all that love and caring she has for him could just...go... Especially after being built up so beautifully in Chapter 4 and "born" towards the end of this chapter, it'll just be so crushing.
Oh by the way while I say this I won't be too distraught if their relationship stops being incestuous and Angel gets a girlfriend or say Annie goes out with Bryce, even though I would like it to contiue to be incestuous and her to not do that ;), I just want her to continue to love him deeply, in some way, and care for him strongly...

well..I'm completely lost, I hope the next chapter will be better written than these last few pages...There are so many holes and unanswered questions, I hate to wait until October to see what happens, it's sooo frustrating, a little closure could've been given at least, each chapter imo should focus on one thing, and at least giving a rough idea. This is very, very, VERY rough territory, depending on how things are written after this, it could either be one of the best comics written I've read, or one of the worst.

Perhaps I've had thought of Audrey wrongly. I guess she wanted to protect Angel in her own way. Maybe that's why she wanted to call the experiment a failure. Could it be that her master is the one behind these cruel experiments on Angel?

Oh shit! It just hit me now. Angel might have the same thing that killed his mom! Maybe drastic mood swings are a sign that it has set in. And maybe the weakness he has been feeling is from the disease and not the accident. I know it made his mom lusty but maybe it manifests differently in males and females. Or maybe each case is different and a particular emotion is set off. Just an idea I had to throw out there.
