I was the ruler of kingdom. I had the power to decide about everything in my kingdom. That power was used for maintaining peace in the kingdom. And I used that power to bring happiness to many ponies. Is it really wrong if i want to use that power for myself just this one time..?

Such a beautiful story, and yes, and like many before me - I thought Paper was a male too. Only because of Paper's outgoing persona and appearance I thought she was a he. But either way it is a beautiful story.
But I have to ask- In Paper being born again like the Dali Lama the only pony that does this or do ponies in general live, die and come back as another pony? If so, reincarnation can be a female-dog.
