"This may sound weird coming from me...but this settlement has way too much pregnancies happening! I know everyone here is a Dalihan and the goddess of hope is know for being always pregnant but these people are taking this to a whole another level, even some of the men are pregnant! I dont mind these people being all horny and cuddly, but as an administrator with literal millenia of experience this worries me...we have food yes, thanks to one of our new recruit (who is also pregnant) who is versed in the art of caring for plants using her thaumaturgic powers, we have crops growing extremly fast and in abundance, and now with large scale refrigeration we can keep the produce fresh for quite a while.
But what worries me is the safety and health of these babies, we gonna have several litters borning in a short period of time, so I already anticipated myself and transformed our chapel into a daycare, we have plenty of communal cribs, then I personaly went to Del Rey town to buy all sorts of medicine we may need for babies and mothers/fathers, then I also went an extra mile and bought milk producing cattle in case we have a dip on maternal milk production.
The worst part is security especially now with these weird events and creatures all over the wasteland, yes I'm a powerful and very well equipped warrior with thaumaturgical powers...but I need to consider defenses as if I'm never here, I need to guarantee these people have the means to defend themselves if I'm out of action, having reliable guns and ammo is just half of it, they need to be used sensibly, personaly I dont like relying on guns, they area crutch for the weak...but I have to take into consideration that the mortals around me need them...so I aquired some gear from the old war, I bought a masive anti material rifle that was used to kill thinking machines, and a water cooled machinegun to be stationed on the very top of the settlement.
On the topic of thinking machines we acquired some of our own, recently a old crippled man filled to the brim with prosthetics showed up to our door flanked by 3 automatroids of the old war, thankfully he was quick enough to explain himself before we blasted him, he told us he is an old scavenger with alot of knowledge in robotics, he survived decades on the wastes thanks to his robots but he just wanted to settle down before meeting his end, and he was more than happy to lend his robots to help us defend this place, he even said he can make more of those if we find intact carcasses from the old war, wich sounds very tempting, we are more than happy to have killing machines between us and the enemy..."
