Oh my goodness I finally finished her reference. As for her story, I’m just gonna copy paste from her WIP: Violette is a fan child for the Root of Evil and Vox when he was still human. I never fully agreed that a huge celebrity could just make a cult out of wanting good television/entertainment because honestly what do the cult members get out of it? At least in a normal cult there is a promise of a perfect world or a paradise in the next life. So I sort of wanted to create an AU where mostly everything is the same—except like Alastor, Vox went and summoned whatever entity he could from hell for fame and power beyond his imagination. And who did he get reaching back out? Eve. Which is why the cult formed so seamlessly, there was an outside influence. I also agree with the fan theories that Lilith was not Charlie’s biological mother—No I agree that Lilith was probably incapable of conceiving, so Lucifer did go to Eve for help producing Charlie. But I also imagined that when she agreed she totally planned on betraying Lucifer and keeping Charlie for herself not only as her precautionary heir, but also as a fuck you toward Lucifer for everything he did to her. But of course he figured out what she was planning and managed to take Charlie back so Lilith could raise her. Which is where Vox came in when he summoned her years down the line. Needing a new precautionary heir since Charlie is now slotted to take the throne of hell—she granted Vox’s desire, in exchange for helping her produce an heir that is fully hers. Which means he lost the rights to even be considered a father to the new child even before she was born. Though he doesn’t give a shit lol, he got his power and that’s what mattered to Vox. Violette herself has no idea who her father is, as she has been mostly raised by her mother in the abyss.
