As you imagine, being a cult leader can be pretty time consuming. You have to make sure everyone eats, they aren't killing each other, you're strangling them for shitting in the temple AGAIN... It can be pretty stressful to manage day in, day out. For Diana, her slow growth towards divinity some times causes her to neglect her own needs. Fortunately, her lover and her inner circle ensure she eats and sleeps, but nobody ever has to worry about her caring for her appearance. As seen here, she is more than able to hold a conversation and groom herself at the same time; an easy task when the Red Crown wants its Vessel to be as visually appealing as she does!
