So it's well known in Cult of the Lamb, after the Sins of the Flesh update, the Red Crown takes a serpent (Or sperm) like form, and the fanbase fully latched on to the idea it can become a snake. In my AU, the Red Crown takes the form of a cobra; regal, able to flare its hood to look larger or more impressive, and to boldly draw attention to Diana. Sure, it's a little trouble maker who goads her to commit Sin and to make her flock Sin, but she can gently tell it to knock it off and it'll drop the matter. It enjoys resting on her head, coiled over her shoulders or sometimes looped around her arm. It deeply cares and loves its Vessel, and ALWAYS bares its fangs at Narinder and the Bishops if they get too close.
