Don't mess with the Cops

After multiple robberies have been spotted, a police crew made up of inteleons and blastoises were gonna be using its new invention to finally put a stop to all this craziness

A lot of criminal activity has been recently going around in the city of Galar, things like stealing money, to even kidnapping others. Well the police force made up of inteleons and Blastoises, have had enough of that. So they decided to try something new that they have been working on
In the police station they have set up this new contraption that appears to resemble some money, super easy for criminals to want to get it. But what they don't realize is that this is all part of a trap. When touched, the money instantly transforms into a huge glass tank, since they could be multiple robbers around they wanna be sure they caught then all. And if they try to break out, all the police has to do is push a button and the tank will fill up with water, and they would be forced to do an interrogation underwater and nobody wants that.
They quickly did a test, and it was very much successful, so they were ready to catch some robbers and show them whos really in charge.
So several pokemon then leave the station a few hours later when they got a call about someone robbing a jewelry store. So now they were gonna try their new contraption and hopefully catch these guys once and for all.
With the fake money in their hand, an inteleon swoops into the store where the robber, a masked umbreon, was taking all the goods. Try their best to stay quiet, the inteleon moves as quiet as a little mouse, and once they find the right position to drop the fake money trap, they do so before retreating, now all they have to do is wait.
In a matter of minutes, the umbreon robber finds the fake money on the ground, and while it was only a 50 dollar bill to them, they still couldnt let it go to waste, so they picked it up. As soon as they did, the money then suddenly transforms into the large glass tank as expected, with the umbreon caught completely off guard!
He pounds on the glass doors trying to escape, and soon the police force of blastoises and inteleons come out laughing their heads off, they couldnt believe this umbreon actually fell for the trap.
The umbreon was clearly annoyed when he saw everyone, growling fiercely at everyone and continuing to hit the glass. One of the inteleons shook their head and pressed the button to make the tank fill with water, causing the umbreon to go into a full on panic mode since they hate water.
After reaching its top, the umbreon was then forced to take a deep breath and hold it before sinking to the bottom, covering his mouth and glaring at the police. But of course he can't just keep all his air in, the police were gonna question him right now and he has to bubbletalk.
But the umbreon refused to speak, so they took some other measures, pushing another button, a metal hand comes down in the tank and grabs the umbreon, holding him in place, and now if he refuses to answer the question, the hand will squeeze the air right out of him, so the police tried again, but the umbreon still refused! So they push the button to make the hand squeeze the air out of umbreon, causing his face to flush red in seconds!
"Wanna try that one last time?" One of the blastoises said with a smirk. The umbreon knew they weren't kidding around, so he just had to answer their questions, as much as he hated bubble talking.
After what felt like forever, all the questions were answered and now the umbreon was gonna be going down to the station and be put in jail. His face was purple from all the talking, he hoped he was gonna get to breathe at least. While the police wanted the umbrein to drown deep down, based off his answers they decided to let him live for now. Another button was pushed and the water drains just enough for an air pocket to be formed, the hand who was still holding the umbreon goes up to let the umbreon breathe, which he does heavily. It takes him a few moments to catch his breath, but what he didnt expect was for him to be underwater the whole way to the station.
So giving the umbreon a moment to take a deep breath, the hand suddenly pulls him back under, luckily the umbreon getting a deep breath before that happened, and the inteleons and blastoises were all laughing.
To make matters worse for the umbreon, the police truck that was now carrying the tank to the station was going so slow, to torture the umbreon and make him hold his breath longer. The air pocket was still there but the hand holds him firmly in place. Guess hes gonna have to push himself one last time until they get to his new home for a while, and he hopes in the future that he'll never go under again

Not so unlucky 13th birthday

Surprise! It's Charmy the charmander's 13th birthday! And she's in for so much fun, and even a special guest along the way!

Today was a very special day, as it was Charmy the charmander's birthday! She was turning 13 today, and is going to have such a fantastic day with her officially being a teenager! Emi the Shiny Squirtle was busy distracting her throughout the day by doing all of her favorite activities, while the real party was being set up in her backyard, where she owns a huge and very deep pool, it had plenty of space
The backyard was all decorated with some aquatic themed items, like dolphins, fish, and even some water type pokemon! But the real surprise has yet to be revealed, so charmy was definitely in for a great day!
After a few hours of setting up the surprise party, Charmy and Emi later come back to her home after a day out, charmy was already a little tired but she tried to not show that as they walked inside her home. Everyone meanwhile heard her come inside and immediately they all hid underwater in her pool.
At first, everything seemed to be pretty normal, there wasnt really anything inside her home, but then Emi directed them towards the backyard, where her real surprise awaits.
Once she was out, everyone notices her and they jump up to the surface and shout "SURPRISE!" Causing Charmy to jump a bit in shock and then wag her tail happily. The whole backyard was decorated from top to bottom with all sorts of Aquatic themed stuff, and she loves it all, giving everyone a huge hug in thanks.
But the real surprise is whats hiding underwater, yep...there was someone there that would absolutely make Charmy's day even more then it already has been, but she's gonna have to swim to the bottom of her 80 feet deep pool to find out, but its not like she was scared or anything
So with a deep breath, she plugs her nose and dives underwater with everyone cheering her on from the surface. Charmy swims down deeper and deeper, little bubbles escaping her mouth as she does.
Eventually after a few moments she reaches the bottom of it, she looks around for her surprise, and then she spots it! Her favorite legendary pokemon Articuno was sitting there with puffed cheeks and goggles on, their face a bit red. Immediately charmy was super happy and swam over to hug her, her tail wagging like crazy. Its been so long since she saw them, and she couldnt have been anymore happier then she already was.
After that, charmy and Articuno both swim to the surface together, and gasping for air once they reach it, with everyone around cheering even more!
So the party goes on for the next few hours, with all sorts of fun party games, and everyone single one of them was underwater, just like how charmy likes it. So things like Musical Chairs, Hide and Seek, and Tag, were all mostly played under the surface of water since Charmy loves water so much.
Charmy eventually opens some presents that all her beloved friends brought to her, and every single one she loves, especially a stuffed pink dolphin animal, was probably her favorite out of the whole pile of gifts she received.
Finally, before they sang happy birthday to charmy, Articuno offered Charmy a little challenge, and if she completes it, she gets 5,000 dollars! Her mouth dropped open in shock, wondering what this mysterious challenge could be, and Articuno then issued it to her:
She must swim down to the bottom of the pool and back up, not surfacing when she did reach towards the surface and go back down, 25 times all on one breath of air!
Charmy was really stunned for a second, having to swim 80 feet 25 times?? She's never done anything like this before, so she was definitely pretty nervous for the first time in forever. But Articuno would dip underwater to watch her swim, to make sure nothing goes wrong.
As scary as this was even for Charmy, that 5K grand prize wa enough to get her to do it, so with everyone chanting Charmy's name, she began deeply breathing, adjusting her swim goggles, she hopes she can do this... and after a final deep inhale she tightly holds her breath and plunges underwater, immediately swimming down as fast as possible. The first dive under wasnt too bad and she reached its bottom and then swam back up. As the rules said she doesnt surface when she gets close and swims back down when she gets close enough to it.
As promised articuno is down there too, watching her.
2 times...3 times...4 times...5 times... charmy isnt giving up, even as her face flushes red.
10 times...11 times...12 times...13 times... charmy's face is starting to turn a bit blue now...but still isnt giving up that easily
16 times....17 times...18 times... 19 times...20 times... just 5 to go, but charmy's face was really blue now, she was really pushing herself to the limit with this!
23 times....24 times... now just one to go, she was exhausted, her face now purple, and as she swam down to the bottom one last time, she swims her way up again, accidentally inhaling a little water through her mouth, but thankfully swallowing it quickly as she frantically swam up as fast as possible.
Luckily with probably 3 seconds before drowning, she pops her head back up on the 25th time and gasps heavily for air, taking a few minutes to catch her breath.
Everyone around was stunned, including articuno who came back up too, he couldnt believe that Charny actually did it, and a deal was a deal, articuno handed Charmy the check for 5K dollars, making her face brightly smile with joy.
Finally, after she climbed out of the pool, everyone sung happy birthday and cut the cake, this was definitely gonna be a birthday to remember for sure, as charmy starts thinking about what to spend the 5K on

Long time no see underwater buddy!
Theme: Visit
Emi has a lot of friends, but some of them he hasn't seen in a long time, so today he goes to visit someone whos an air breather, but is more comfortable underwater

Emi, the shiny Squirtle has lots of different friends, ranging from average folks like anthro lizards and snakes, to more of a wide range of buddies like legendary pokemon. But today, Emi was going to visit someone who he hasnt seen in a very long time, someone whos only comfortable deep underwater and nowhere else, and the weird fact is, they are an air breather.
That someone was a Milotic, despite what one might expect, Milotic breathes air like everyone else, but she was never comfortable with going up to the surface, so for the past 3 years, this milotic has been living in a cave about 250 feet from the surface, since thats her comfortable range of depth. She was lucky to have an air pocket in that cave that never seemed to run out of air, so she can go breathe whenever she needed to. Since then she's been living her life underwater comfortably, and now she was about to get a visitor real soon.
Emi meanwhile on the beach had his goggles on and was wading into the water, he hasnt seen this Milotic in forever it felt like, and he was really looking forward to seeing her after so long! So after getting to a spot where her cave was, Emi takes some deep breaths to get ready before holding his breath and diving underwater.
Pinching his nose shut Emi swims down deeper and deeper, and thankfully he was pretty quick and got down to her cave. Emi was hoping the milotic was actually in there and not out exploring, but to his surprise after tapping on her cave for a bit, the milotic actually swims over to him, a big puffy cheeked smile immediately appeared on her face as she recognized who it was
She then wraps her body around Emi in a big hug, and Emi giggles out bubbles before hugging her back, he did miss her a lot and he was happy to be with her right now.
After a heartfelt moment of the two of them hugging they eventually release themselves from the hug, and the Milotic guides Emi inside her cave so they catch up for a while. They talk for a long time, occasionally getting air in the air pocket above them too.
After a bit of conversation, they decided to go out and swim together outside her cave for a while, Emi even holding onto the milotic to let her swim for him, it was always tons of fun, the milotic is a very quick swimmer and can get around fast, it was almost like a roller coaster for Emi.
They meet all kinds of cool fish and even meet a few of the locals that lived down here, the milotic had friends of her own too. As much as Emi wanted to convince her to try going up to the surface every now and again, everytime he tries the milotic just makes up some excuse to stay down here, she hates whats up at the surface and she finds it safer down here despite not being able to breathe normally, which Emi understood.
The day was full of laughter of bubbles and sightseeing, and eventually the duo decides to settle down at the bottom and just relax, they got a breath from an air pocket beforehand and they both just closed their eyes and relaxed, with the milotic gently wrapped around Emi. Only tiny bubbles escape the two as they peacefully relax underwater. Emi was curious as to how long milotic can hold her breath now, so we were gonna find that out soon.
15 minutes pass and Emi gets a slightly red blush on his face, while the milotic was blushing a bit herself, but neither of them moved as they were too content to do that.
Another 15 minutes slowly passes and both of them were blushing fully red, almost a bit blue. The milotic was getting uncomfortable now, grunting a bit in strain as was with Emi. Not really wanting to push themselves anymore, the milotic unwraps herself and swims to her air pocket again as does Emi. They gasp a bit heavily and catch their breath.
Time seems to have flown by as it was getting late now, so Emi decided to get going, Cirrus was probably waiting for him to come home, and the milotic was clearly sad that he had to go. Emi took this as another opportunity to get the Milotic to come with him, but she declined as always. Maybe someday, Emi thought to himself as he hugs Milotic one last time before taking a breath and swimming out of her cave.
As he surfaces and swims back to shore, he starts thinking of ways to concince the milotic to come up to the surface every now and again. Maybe Cirrus could help him. So he gets back to shore and walks over to Cirrus' place.

Anything to see famous stars
Theme: Disguise
When this Riolu sees that his favorite legendaries are gonna be coming to this fancy underwater party, he makes a disguise out of someone whos gonna be attending it. But will he get away with it?

Its the time of the year where a fancy party is being held, and all the most famous pokemon gather around, including legendaries! Only a few select people can get into this party, and its pretty hard to do so. This year, the party was being held at one of the deepest lakes in the region, since they need all the room they can get, so the people also have to be good swimmers and have a minimal breath holding time of 30 minutes or more.
For average pokemon this is very hard to do, but for someone like this Riolu, he wanted all in on this! So for the past few months leading up to the party, the riolu has been doing some serious breath hold training, to get himself up to the 30 minute minimum requirement. He unfortunately wasnt invited to this party, but to get a chance to meet some of his favorite legendary pokemon?? He couldn't say no! So after looking at the list of guests that'll be attending the party on a website, he tries to look for a guest that would be small enough to be his size, and thats when he found it, one of the guests was Jirachi, this is perfect! Jirachi was just about the right size for Riolu, so he went and got some supplies to make a Jirachi disguise, he was a really good designer already so his skills would definitely work to fool anyone that he was the real Jirachi. After a few hours of work, he finally finished it, and it looks perfect! He puts on the costume then uses some body spray paint to make his body match the exact way Jirachi was. He puts his ears in a different position so nobody expects anything, he tucks his tail away as well, and now he looks exactly like a Jirachi, minus a few little details.
After getting his goggles on he heads over to the lake where the party is supposed to be at, it took a bit but he arrived just in time. Thankfully his disguise was waterproof so he didnt have to worry about it getting ruined. He wades into the water and starts deeply breathing to prepare, and after a short time he takes a last breath and dives underwater.
The riolu, or Jirachi swims down to the entrance of the party, which was in a huge underwater building that has been fixed up for this occasion. Once hes down there, the person out front, an anthro shark, gives a smile as he sees "Jirachi" in front of him. So far the disguise was working and he was allowed in.
There were several pokemon in there, a lot of Legendary pokemon too, causing the "Jirachi" to beam happily, this was really happening! He was gonna meet all of his dream pokemon!
He happily swims over to a few of them to talk, and thanks to his strong lungs now, the riolu was able to bubbletalk without his face turning red immediately, and it seems everyone was buying it!
The riolu even went to the dance floor to show off, he was having a ton of fun and he felt nothing could ruin this, until...
After about 40 minutes, with the riolu surfacing in a nearby air pocket for air and coming back down, the REAL Jirachi arrived at the party, causing the anthro shark out back to he extremely confused, but he thought nothing of it.
Thats when the riolu notices the real one stepping in and panics! He quickly swims away to go hide, trying to be sure nobody catches him, but there was nowhere really to go and hide in.
And only after a short time, does the real jirachi notice the fake one and gets super suspicious. She swims over to investigate, bubbles trailing from mouth as she did, causing the fake one to giggle nervously, his cheeks turning red. The real one then takes off the riolu's costume and was revealed to everyone right then and there!
Everyone stood frozen in shock, the riolu giggling more nervously as he quickly swam away from the scene. Luckily he was able to make it out before anyone grabbed him, but if he ever returns to that lake, that'll probably be the last time he sees the surface again.
After escaping he gets to the surface and gasps for air, quickly swimming to shore and running back to his home, unbeknownst to him, Jirachi has been following him the whole time, lets just hope she doesnt do anything too badly to Riolu...

An aquatic catastrophe

Over a stupid moment, the world of pokemon in the year 2200, was now fully underwater, with no way to get the water out. How will anyone survive in these conditions!?

The year is 2200, we have fast forwarded to what the world of pokemon would look like during that era. Well it could have been better unfortunately. In 2080, there was a huge storm that swept through the entire pokemon universe, complete with heavy rain and wind, it was one of the worst storms ever recorded in history, and yes it was mainly Kyogre and Lugia's fault over some stupid argument they both had.
After the Storm was done, the entire universe was fully submerged in water, every last part of the pokemon world was in water, and the drainage systems were just too weak to handle all the water and stopped working, for months pokemon have tried to find a way to get rid of all the water, and even in the hot summer time the water never left.
So that means that everyone now had to deal it. The regions offered free lessons to anyone who couldn't swim, and they would need a minimum breath holding time of at least 35 minutes, to safely wander through the city because of the deep water.
Some of the pokemon were looking forward to basically live underwater now, while others weren't and were terrifed at the thought of living underwater. Since then, fast forward to now on 2200, most if not all of the pokemon were used to living in this new Aquatic world, and everyone has at leadt a 35 minute breath hold or more. Life slowly went back to normal, locals swimming around underwater to work or to go some other place.
Some fire types were definitely not liking the whole staying underwater thing, and spend most of the time, on the surface, which is pretty far away from everyone else with how deep the water truly was.
One thing is for sure, breath holding contests have become increasingly popular, and encouraged to have so everyone can keep their lungs in top shape. Air pockets have slowly been installed everywhere, heck even plane rides you have to stay submerged.
Thanks to futuristic technology, it wasnt hard to install air pockets around the place, it could finally make life living down here a lot easier with places to go breathe, but it was still pretty hard to get by.
It was challenging at times, with a lot of near drowning incidents and some even drowning fully, but luckily emergency services are on stand by ready to help whenever they need assistance.
Even legendaries weren't safe from this epidemic, some of them not even managing to hit the 35 minute requirement for safety, however there are adanaced lessons out there teached by water types who may be able to help, but... the advanced lessons were pretty....harsh and would really push you to the limit, so its only recommended to do it if absolutely necessary.
Since the day of the big storm, Lugia and Kyogre felt really bad that this all happened, they were sentenced to underwater jail for 30 years after the big storm happened, and after getting released, the two of them actually became good friends thankfully, so everyone was hoping the water levels wont rise anymore.
Now we see life back to normal for the most part, except everyone is swimming underwater now, bubbles constantly around the area as gasps can be heard in the distance from pokemon surfacing in an air pocket...
