When Derpibooru announced its 2026 community collaboration in early December 2025, I instinctively signed up as an artist available to draw characters for the event. I got a request from Jaredking779 to draw Carolina the alicorn, with only one reference image provided; I put off the request for a few weeks until the year's end was approaching and I was preparing for a holiday to Japan, at which point I found enough references to finish it off.
