Star Wars Young Jedi Adventures, Lightsaber Training With Nubs, Kai, and Yoda II.
Characters; Nubs age 8. Kai age around 8. Yoda age 600 or so. (650). Wes. Master Zia. Lys. Nash.
Morning on Tenoo as Kai had been up since about five o clock, Nubs was still sleeping as he met with Yoda. Kai was asked by Yoda to meet him right in the morning for some sort of training.
Kai didn’t know what to expect as he met up with Yoda at a little before five thirty.
“So I’m here Master Yoda, what training did you have in mind?” asked Kai.
“Lightsaber training with Nubs… you must.” said Yoda.
“He’s probably sleeping Master Yoda, couldn’t you do it?” asked Kai.
“Wake up Nubs first, I have… best friends, you are” said Yoda.
“Very well, I will go and wake Nubs.” said Kai.
“Feel Kai, don’t think, use and feel the Force.” said Yoda.
Kai took off to their large building, going to Nubs’s apartment, then knocking on his sliding doors. Nubs stumbled as he fell on his floor, not nearly awake, and trying to just focus on getting up.
Nubs pulled his clothes on, as he usually just slept in under clothes, half with it, and with his cape on his front instead of his back. He pulled it back on right before he answered his doors.
So not with it, he moved the doors open just barely using the Force, as Kai’s green lightsaber was suddenly on and going toward Nubs, Nubs barely got his on, then blocked his attack. Nubs actually mustered enough to nearly knock Kai to the floor.
Kai got his bearings back as he pressed Nubs back a bit, and pushed him through the hallway and toward the exit. Nubs just closed his sliding doors, as they proceeded toward the exit.
“Remember what Yoda says Nubs.” said Kai.
“The Dark side waits not, for one to be ready.” said Nubs in Poobian.
Nubs pressed harder pushing Kai back some as he barely hit the door leading to outside. Kai used the Force to close the door, as Yoda joined them, as he did Lys showed up just then.
As Yoda pressed training with both Kai and Nubs, getting the better hand over Nubs and Kai, as Lys helped them both.
She began blocking Yoda’s shots against Nubs and Kai, as they all moved toward their training grounds. Yoda continued to switch off from Nubs and Kai, as slowly it was three against one.
Kai, Lys, and Nubs were all moving against Yoda, as Yoda somehow managed to keep the upper hand.
“Feel, don’t think, use the Force you must.” said Yoda to all three.
Yoda continued to move against Kai, Lys, and Nubs, as he managed to knock Lys down, then nearly right after knocked both Nubs and Kai to their butts too, as Lys got back up.
“This is getting too hard, I cannot do this.” said Kai.
“Work better as a group you must, use the Force you must, win you can.”
“Again?” asked Kai.
“I cannot do this.” said Nubs as he got up, as did Kai as well.
“Use the force you must, win you can, as a group you must.” said Yoda.
Nubs pressed hard, only getting a little over Yoda, as Kai pressed Yoda’s next block against Nubs. Then Lys took on the next as Yoda managed to target both Nubs and Kai, as Lys blocked.
Yoda was showing signs of having a slight problem, as it took all three as somehow they managed to place Yoda on his butt.
Yoda got to his feet fast, but did not proceed to attack, as he waved to stop, everyone turned off their lightsabers. Master Zia was there at this point, joined by Nash and Wes.
“So how did they do Yoda.”
“Good job they did, managed to knock me down, they did.”
“So we fully won then?” asked Kai.
“A good Jedi thinks not, in win or lose.”
“Mostly in defense, a Jedi thinks with.” said nubs.
“Think not for attack, but for defense Nubs.” said Yoda, to correct him.
“Yoda could have still defeated you, and from the ground.” said Master Zia.
“Defeat you from the ground, I could have done… lesson learned.” said Yoda.
“You all go to breakfast, you did a great job.” said Master Zia.
