Llydia is also known as an Angel of Mereliah. Dragons were once the helpers of the goddess and they did her bidding to care and nurture her creations in whatever way was required of them. They were the protectors of her world and had the magical abilities to make anything happen. Over the course of my books, one such dragon is reborn: Llydia. She takes a fondness to Taylor's cubs (for reasons I won't spoil here) and is devoutly protective of them. She forms a bond with Nina Thumpings and has chosen to become her guardian angel.
