"Watery indulgence"
Splashes from below disturb the surface of a spring in a temple, as Cirrus repeatedly tries to inhale its depths before coughing it all back out. It'd be trivial to surface, but this is willing, and as the dragon grows increasingly dizzy and lightheaded, he closes in on his goal. Slowly, the pain fades, the coughs weakening and eventually stopping... Then, Cirrus breathes freely, his waterlogged body no longer caring about flooding.
Turning his back toward the bottom, he sluggishly slots his spikes into holes to lay on his back, and simply takes in all the sensations. Parts of his body are somewhat numb, making him feel as if he's floating in the air without needing to focus on keeping himself aloft, his foggy mind makes him feel a bit drunken, and the water he's breathing is pleasantly cool. To some degree, his body still wants the water gone, making him hiccup every now and then, but he doesn't mind it. Even his heart rate relaxes into the low 30s as he lets his lidded eyes roll back, drawing in a long and deep aquatic breath...
